
Sleep No More
The award-winning theatrical experience, Sleep No More, returned after a 2-year hiatus due to the pandemic, with sales recovering to previous levels. As Chief Story Officer, I took the reigns of PR, customer service, social media, design, and creative marketing operations.
The focus was on crafting seamless external content across all channels, while weaving a strategic narrative between all productions. This included rebranding The McKittrick Hotel, and and various ancillary productions.
My role was to lead the full marketing operation, including:
Navigating paid media landscape: social, search, display, and print.
Rolling out new ticketing system
Coordinating external narratives: phone scripts, website, social media, press releases, emails, and paid media.
Redeveloping email marketing approach with automation, segmentation, and collection tactics.
